HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

• Shipping fee is calculated at checkout

  US: Free 3-5 days Shipping on orders $50 and above.

  US: Free 2-3 days Shipping on orders $100 and above.

  Orders are processed within 1 business day 📦

  (When you place your order before 1pm AEST (Mon - Fri), we offer same day dispatch. If you order after 1pm AEST, we’ll get it sent out the very next day. It’s a guarantee!)

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED AND TRACKED?

• All orders within the USA are normally shipped via USPS mail and can take 2-3 business days (Priority) or 3-5 business days (Standard) to be delivered after order has been fulfilled. Please allow 1 business day for us to process your order before shipping. Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED AND TRACKED?

• Yes we ship to certain international destinations. Due to growing demand from our international customers, we now ship to customer in North America (USA, Mexico and Canada), Europe and Australia/New Zealand. On a case by case basis we ship to the following African countries: Nigeria and South Africa.
• We ship all international orders within 2 business days after the order has been received. All international orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and can take 10 -15 business days to be delivered but subject to local country custom delays (local delivery is performed by whatever the local service provider is in that country). Based on our experience, we typically ask that you allow at least 20 - 25 business days before contacting us.
• A USPS tracking/customs document number is provided once the order has been shipped. However, international orders cannot be tracked once shipment is received by local country carrier.
